Release & Usage Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each commissioned song will be released by Visa Run Orchestra under the Morabito Art label and distributed across the major music streaming and download platforms supported by VRO’s distributor.

You may use the delivered song, in full or in excerpts, across your own social media channels, website, videos and communications relating to your business or project, at no additional charge. A high-quality audio file will be supplied for this purpose. Whenever you publish content featuring the song, please credit and tag @visarunorchestra so that VRO can identify, support and reshare your posts.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the commission does not transfer ownership of the song or master recording. The track may not be resold, sublicensed or distributed under another artist or label without prior written approval. Availability and use remain subject to each platform’s technical requirements and music policies.
